Independent Resources, Inc., (IRI) is a non-profit, 501(c) (3) tax-exempt state wide agency dedicated Center for Independent Living that provides quality services to people with disabilities by assisting them in achieving and maintaining independent lives.  IRI offers a unique perspective on leadership and human resource management, that is 51% of its workforce, leadership, and board members are persons with disabilities. Staff members represent diverse racial and ethnic groups.
