Organizational Structure
Independent Resources, Inc., is governed by a six (6) member volunteer Board of Directors. A full-time Executive Director administers the agency with a part-time Deputy Director managing the Dover and Seaford Offices and a Program Manager. IRI has offices in Wilmington, Dover and Seaford.
