The Youth Transition Life Skills Program provides opportunities for youth with disabilities ages 14-28 to live a more independent life style and to become contributing members of the community. The program consists of a series of workshops and activities designed to educate, build self-confidence, and empower youth with disabilities to transition to a sustainable independent life style in which they can assume control and take responsibility for their own lives.
